Moringa Seed Oil

Moringa Seed Oil

Fresh Drumsticks

from February to now. We've harvested the tree back several times. It regrows, we cut it back it, regrows and every year it produces tons and tons of drumsticks. This is the moringa tree and it's very valuable because inside the drumsticks are the seeds. Ethousands of moringa seeds. The great thing about moringa seeds is that they are completely edible. They're a little bit bitter, but if you chew it really good it's like medicine and then it turns really sweet. Moringa seeds are highly medicinal and highly valuable in the body. They grow into young moringa trees which we're growing right here on the farm.

Drumsticks for Oil

been collecting drumsticks. All summer long drumsticks, drumsticks, drumsticks. Everybody's asking, "Hey do you have any fresh drumsticks for sale?" We haven't had any for sale because we've been trying to stock up on oil. The moringa seed oil is so valuable that at times we haven't been able to keep it in stock. Every time we got a little bit, it sold. I thought, "Let's try to get as many seeds as we can together. Before selling them for trees or  fresh greens or drumsticks, let's go ahead and dry them; let's much oil as we can."

Making the Moringa Seed Oil

We have come out with a video already on homemade moringa seed oil, where we use our cold press machine to make the oil. The process is simple. We're putting seeds from a bin into the round hopper, the seeds fall into what it is essentially is just an auger that turns. The oil falls into the catchment bowl and the seed cake come out in a spiral at the end of the auger.

After Pressing The Seeds

because we don't filter it, we don't bleach it, we don't add any solvents or anything. We just let it settle and over the course of several weeks.it comes out of the machine it's goopy gloppy, it's got thick particles in it. We'll strain the oil and getting out any large particulates, any large pieces that are that come straight out of the bottom of the machine. Then we settle it, we literally let this sit and settle for two to three weeks just like this. As it settles we'll scoop off the top, put that in another jar, let that settle for another two weeks. You can already start to see how the sediment is at the bottom there. This is collected from several jars that we've already settled. Fseed oil. The ready, fresh, finished seed oil; which I love to consume in any and every way. I put it on my skin, in my salads, in my meals.

Story Time

I have a funny story that's so good. We started selling these at the farmers market a couple years ago. We only had small vials, these are ten dollars a vial on the website still and aunt came by (I didn't even know she was my girlfriend's aunt at the time) and says, "Oh I love moringa seed oil! Could you provide me with all the oil that you have on the table?" I said, "Sure!" The next week we met her at sweetwater organic farm, and she says, "Hey I used all those oils." I asked her what she used them for and she told me she'll just chug one of these vials and she attributed her youthful appearance to doing so.

Possible Benefits of Moringa Seed Oil

can see the process of us making seed oil all the benefits. My goal is to eventually take a bath in moringa seed oil one day, just soaking up all the good vitamins minerals. What's it good for? Skin, hair, nails, cuts, bruises, you name it! Creaky bones and creaky doors, is what I say all the time at the farmers market.seed oil on your elbows, on your knees, on your hips, on your neck. I like to rub it on my temples. It can be good for thinning hair, it's good for wrinkles. My skin care regimen includes face masks, bentonite clay, and moringa seed oil. I'll use the bentonite clay because I know that it's pulling toxins out, and then after wash it off, I'll put some moringa seed oil on my face and that really seals in the nutrients. I feel like it has actually reduced the signs of sun damage and wrinkles. It balances and tones. I'm putting the moringa seed oil on there and it's helping to really heal it. I feel like it does have some vitamin, beta-carotene, and amino acids. It's a complete source of protein. The oil itself just blows my mind. I can't even do the oil justice! I mean we got to get some more studies involved and more people talking about it because it's super valuable. We love it and that's pretty much what I wanted to share with you today.

How To Keep Moringa Trees Bushy

The moringa tree also known as the drumstick tree is native to India and Africa; it's a subtropical tropical tree that we grow here right here in Plant City right outside Tampa, Florida.ust right off of I-4 and macintosh and we're open Saturdays from 10 to 2. You can grab moringa trees in pots as well as many of the other moringa tree products that we make fresh and local. The drumstick is the most valuable part of the moringa tree. It holds the most amount of nutrients, it holds the most amount of value, it's eaten prevalently throughout the
as a staple food vegetable.

Harvesting Local Drumsticks

that we harvested right on the farm some from some of our trees. Tdrumsticks that are so thick and big is because we popped the flowers off the drumsticks within the first year. We've been here about a year and a half at this new property which is a rent to own. I used to work here seven years ago as a nursery hand right in this back area. lovely getting a hold of this property, getting stable, getting the roots on the ground; and that's what we're doing we're growing moringa trees. We're growing moringa in many different ways and I'd love to share them with you.

Sprouting Cuttings

Pop The Flowers

a little bit more information in the bark and the DNA that's being carried over to the new roots and so they flower very easily. You can see a beautiful flower here. We separate all the we keep the flowers and we sell them separate from the leaves because they're  and they're great in teas and things like that. They're also very good pollinators for bees but the purpose right now is to keep this tree bushy in a pot. Tway you get a better sale,
get fresh greens all the time. A flower will pollinate go to seed and
trees. It can take a lot of energy to make this drumstick, so what's going to happen is the tree is going to lose all its leaves
put all the energy into making this vegetable. So what you're going to want to do is pop all your flowers off the first year or two years until she's tall enough to make flowers that you can't reach.
know that she's tall enough to to go to flower and to seed. She's got tons of branches, they're taller than me and I can't reach them I'm like an
beautiful flowers as a food source and eating them.

Cutting Back Seedlings

turn yellow at the bottom so you just pop the bottom leaves off she'll grow taller and taller and she'll have fresh new green leaves at the top. Moringa leaves are short life short life span, they are very thin. One of the ways to keep your moringa tree bushy if she's
starting to stretch, if she's starting to get too tall, you cut it and it regrows a new stem.
any trees from us and the trees look damaged up top have no fear just cut the stem and she will regrow a new one just like this.

Moringa Pots in Partial Shade

they just popped. These are all about
a nice couple rows forming. As I go further back into the shade they get a little taller, they get a little bit more flush, and they start to look a little bit more green and bushy. If you're growing moringa trees in a pot try not to keep them in full sun. They don't have a cooling mechanism. Since their roots are not connected to the earth and the ground
that natural climate, that natural geothermal temperature which is a cool 67 degrees.

Popping The Top Off

he's going to split from the nodes on the branches still left on. You can keep them or take them off, these are "solar panels", they'll fall off naturally. You can eat the top as a fresh micro green.

Where To Cut On Bigger Trees

moving in. Just letting it do it's thing. I cut it back once, I popped the flowers a couple times, it was real bushy, it had a lot of greens but I wanted to use this row as anso
back here about 18 inches from the split, regrow new branches and it splits out and gets o just cut it back here at a 45 degree angle about 18 inches from the split. And this tree will be a short bushy tree within a couple of weeks from now.

Make $100,000 Growing Moringa Trees

Make $100,000 Growing Moringa Trees

Moringa is a Cash Crop

In the first year of business, when I started growing more trees on other people's properties and I was going to the farmers market I made $28,000. In the second year, I made $49,000 thousand dollars at the farmers market just by growing Moringa trees and selling Moringa trees and products farmers market. Now we're upward of $150,000 a year in moringa sales, collectively as we are scaling faster with member fulfillment opportunities.

Is Your Moringa Organically Grown?

We're growing Moringa trees organically on other people's private being sprayed and they're not being synthetically fertilized. The soil has been tested and certified safe consumption, free from heavy metals.

Start with 10 Free Moringa Trees

They come with each starter kit. What I'm saying is that by the third year you could potentially make $100,000 in that third year off of the ten trees to start. So, within one year you will have harvested and cut back these trees after they get tall and lanky several times just keep cutting them back and after the second year into the third year you will continue to cut it back and it will continue to split as you've seen in some of my other videos you can see how I've cut them and they really re-grow more branches.

Harvest Leaves in first 30 days

ou could get about 30 grams on your first year from one tree, now within the first two
after the first year into the second year each one of those harvests you may be able to harvest a 100 grams per tree and that's 300 grams now so now by the second year you've already maybe amassed over 350 grams possibly potentially even one kilo hopefully by the second year now from 1 tree. You're getting into your third year and you've harvest your trees and they're getting really big and sturdy and now one tree is producing one kilogram a year and so you're harvesting potentially by the third year three times maybe twice and so you could get about two to three kilograms off of that one tree and more in that third year and so by the third year you you're getting three kilograms per tree. Starting with the ten trees that you originally ordered and and so you're producing 30 kilograms of powder by your third year.

Moringa Powder can sell for $100/kilo

can sell retail maybe a hundred dollars if you give a deal you may be able to sell a kilogram even at a wholesale price for maybe fifty dollars if they buy 100 kilos. We're selling kilograms at a wholesale price if you order five for $60 each and if you want to re-sell the Moringa greens then make money a break the powder down into ten gram bags, essentially you
kilograms I'm pretty sure that's fifteen thousand dollars

Multiply Your Trees From Cuttings

in the ground and make a whole new tree so this $15,000 you can make from the original 10 trees isthree years and you're gonna get 100 trees on your property and greens. We've got people calling from New York City saying that they want 200 pounds of Moringa greens fresh delivered today so we've got people saying they they want a 100 kilogram pallet of powder a month for their business so that way they can put it in mass production and sell it and ship it to California and put it in some some some restaurants. We're getting the orders in we need Moringa suppliers now.

We need you to start growing Moringa trees

If you become a member and get your soil tested for heavy metals, we can work together. We'll buy the greens from you and this is what we're building right now with The Grow Moringa Collective and one way to help us grow and expand and also to help you is to pick up a Moringa tree starter kit with ten free trees now if you've never had Moringa before one of the ways to try it is by getting the sample pack here that we've already put together in here and we call this the Moringa tree starter kit and it

LOCAL USA MEMBER FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY
