At Grow Moringa, we take great care in providing high-quality moringa trees, seeds, and products to our valued customers. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or process chargebacks on any living trees or seed orders.

We understand that there may be occasional challenges with tree growth or seed germination. While we strive to provide seeds with a 90% germination rate, there are several factors that could impact the sprouting of seeds, including the location, season, soil type, or watering conditions. We apologize for any disappointment you may experience, and appreciate your understanding that shipping live material comes with certain risks for both parties.

Once an order has left our facility, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help and will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
