Shipping Details:
- We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail for reliable and timely delivery.
- Once your shipping label is created (within 1-2 business days of placing your order), you will receive an email with your tracking number. Check 'ALL MAIL' or 'Spam' folders. Use your search bar to find any messages from Grow Moringa.
- Delivery of your items typically takes 5-10 business days from the time you place your order.
Seasonal Delays:
Please note that Moringa is a tropical tree and grows slower during colder months. If you place an order between December-March, it may take 7-14 business days for your order to arrive due to seasonal availability.
If Your Order is Delayed:
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of purchase, please contact us immediately, and we’ll provide you with an update. Text your 'order number' to 813.696.6676.
